- 250g lentils (soaked in water the night before)
- 1 medium onion
- I large tomato
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 glass of tea olive oil
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Some dye saffron
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and coriander
- some water


Clean and wash lentils in a pot and then dispose. Add the chopped onion, crushed tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, oil, salt. pepper, dye saffron, cumin and two large glasses of water.
Put everything on medium heat until cooked, then add parsley and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
