Hamburger with Egg

Ingredients:

     1 bun to burger
     2 eggs
     1 c. tablespoons olive oil
     2 slices of Cheddar Sandwich
     2 pickle slices
     1 tomato, sliced
     Cucumber Rounds
     1 c. tablespoons ketchup
     1 c. mayonnaise
     Lettuce leaves

Preparation:

Cook the egg in a frying pan with a little oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut bread in half and coat of mayonnaise and ketchup, then mount the burger alternating slices of cheese, vegetables and fried eggs. Serve with lettuce, cucumber slices and ketchup.
