Moroccan Salad


- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar

- Some black olives
Wash and peel the vegetables, cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.
French dressing:
Mix oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette sauce. Stir and garnish with pieces of olives.
