Ojala Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1 varied lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes on branch
  • 150 grams of cooked ham
  • 120 grams of cheese enmental
  • 120 grams of tuna
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 dash of vinegar


Processing instructions:
Clean and chop the chard and cook them in the pot with a little water and salt. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small dice. Peel and chop the onion also tiny, season and put both deep frying, a little before they are potatoes add the chopped garlic (if incorporated initially burn).
