Peas with Pancetta

We are in times of peas. It is one of the tastier edible seeds. They can be taken alone, salad, minestrone or simply accompanied by ham or bacon, as in this case. A sample simple recipe, but with great flavor.

500 gr of fresh peas
• Salt
extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
100 g pancetta or bacon

shelling peas. We wash them and drain them.
2 In a saucepan put water. When boiling add the peas and a pinch of salt, not much because we will take with bacon is salty enough.
3 Boil peas for about 8 'or until tender and to our liking. We drain them and reserve.
4 In a pan put a little oil. Fry two cloves minced garlic until lightly browned.
5 Add the chopped pancetta or bacon and peas.
Saute about 3 '.
6 We Serve immediately
